Meet Catherine A. Hogan Bully Police USA National Consultant Director, Bully Police Connecticut Book & Content Consultant - Speaker Catherine is a licensed clinical social worker, certified school social worker, and clinical instructor/supervisor at the Yale Child Study Center. After many years working with special needs children and with 26 school districts serving their needs, Catherine knew she needed to make a change to fulfill her mission.

Catherine became an educational consultant/advocate to assist parents seeking special education services or protection from bullying. 

Catherine speaks openly about the dual loyalty to school and child that is an inevitable part of the educational system. Catherine is an advocate, writer, and presenter; she speaks with a disarming truthfulness that is meaningful to both parents and educators. Catherine is writing a series of books from the inside that offer solutions that get to the heart of the matter on bullying and special education concerns.
